Federal Reserve "Check 21 Act" Passed by Congress Sept 25, 2012

Congress passed into law September 25, 2012 in which all checks from public and private banks are required to provide a digital copy of the check to be filed with the "Federal Reserve Bank".
This system is a check collection system without mandating receipt of checks in electronic form, and to improve the overall efficiency of the Nation's payment system, and for other purposes.

Do not believe the hype people. this is more intrusion into your private life because big brother is growing like a beast. The "other purposes which are not defined is to keep track of your transactions. Your local bank already has a history of your banking affairs.

Now your local bank is required by law to file electronically each and every check deposit with the Federal Reserve Bank! Meaning the Central bank of America. This is another step bringing the entire world under the New World Order banner.

So what do we have left? In my opinion Postal Money Orders or any money order as far as that goes. Yet their is really nothing to worry about at this time at all. Why? They already know our every move. Be just in your dealings and live a honest and pure life.

The government is bankrupt and they cannot produce anything so they have to tighten up to make sure they can collect taxes from every source they can. While they get away with being lawlessness and exempt themselves from every law.

Peace
